By using the ASPHP website and the JohnHelp platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
What we provide
ASPHP provides free access to information about community resources through JohnHelp. We help you find programs and organizations; the assistance itself is provided by those third parties, not by ASPHP.
No guarantee of assistance
While we work to keep resource information accurate and up to date, availability, eligibility, and outcomes are determined by the local organizations, agencies, and programs we connect you to. We cannot guarantee that any particular assistance will be available to you.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Donations
Donations support ASPHP’s mission to keep JohnHelp free. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; consult your tax advisor. Recurring gifts can be canceled at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
